This year, the Anthology ASEAN Architecture Festival 2026 invites students and emerging designers across the region to explore 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱: 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, a call to reimagine architecture as a practice that connects people, places, and possibilities.

Photography Competition
The Architecture Photography Competition celebrates the built environment through the lens of architecture, culture, and community. Participants are invited to capture compelling images that reveal how architecture shapes everyday life, preserves cultural identity, and supports collective futures. Entries should demonstrate both technical excellence and thoughtful storytelling while highlighting architecture's relationship with people, place, and context.
1st PRIZE: 30,000 PHP
2nd PRIZE: 10,000 PHP
3rd PRIZE: 10,000 PHP

Mapping Competition
The Anthology Architectural Mapping Competition 2026, in partnership with WTA Labs, invites participants to create maps that explore the relationship between people, places, systems, and the environment. Anchored on the theme “Shared Ground,” the competition recognizes maps not only as visual representations but as professional tools for analysis, communication, planning, and decision-making.
Participants are encouraged to develop maps that are meaningful, research-based, and applicable to real-world practice—particularly within the Philippine context and other relevant spatial conditions. Entries may address architectural, urban, environmental, cultural, geographic, or social concerns, transforming information into a clear and impactful visual language.

Thesis Competition
The Anthology ASEAN Architecture Festival Thesis Competition 2026 celebrates the breadth, diversity, and innovation of architectural thinking. Rather than prescribing a specific topic, the competition welcomes thesis projects across all areas of architecture, urbanism, design, technology, heritage, sustainability, housing, infrastructure, culture, and emerging futures.
Participants are encouraged to present original research and design propositions that demonstrate critical thinking, technical competence, and meaningful contributions to the built environment. The competition serves as a platform for emerging architects to share visionary ideas, challenge conventions, and showcase the future of architectural practice and education.

Sketch Competition
This is a live on-site sketch competition
One’s Interpretation of Connection, Place, and Collective Futures
The Anthology Architectural Sketch Competition 2026 is a live sketch competition that challenges participants to interpret "Shared Ground" through architectural drawing created within the event. Celebrating sketching as a medium of observation, imagination, storytelling, and architectural expression, the competition encourages participants to translate their ideas into compelling hand-drawn works under a limited time.
1st PRIZE: 15,000 PHP
2nd PRIZE: 5,000 PHP
3rd PRIZE: 5,000 PHP

General Guidelines
Please read the competition guidelines carefully before registering.
1. Multiple Submission is allowed. One participant can submit their entry on multiple competitions.
2. All ticket holders are eligible to participate.
3. No Registration Fee Required
4. Deadline for all submission except the Sketch Competition is on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PST)
5. Announcement of winners will be held at Anthology Raw in Casa Blanca on the following dates:
October 2 : Photography Competition
October 3 : Mapping Competition
October 4 : Thesis Competition and Sketch Competition
6. All works will be displayed at Casa Blanca until the last day of the event.
7. Open to participants of all nationalities.
8. All participant are required to be present during the Awarding Ceremony at Casa Blanca. Failure to attend shall result in forfeiture of awards and recognition.
9. Proxy attendance is allowed, provided the proxy is a registered ticket holder.
10. By participating in the competition, participants retain ownership of their submitted works while granting the organizers the right to use their entries for exhibition, publication, documentation, and promotional purposes, with proper attribution.
11. Entries must not infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.
